HOW DOES IT WORK?

We offer two levels of service:

Concept Design 

Following an initial chat, we offer an on-site consultation of approximately 2-2.5 hours to assess what you are looking for from your property, get a feel for the way you live and the way you would like to live. We will then produce a coherent written report, giving expert recommendations for specific products and styles that you can implement in your own time to create the look you want.

This service is ideal for people who want to manage improvements themselves, but need a little help to get started. If you feel you need further direction or advice, that's fine too - we offer further consultation, help with planning applications and even product sourcing at hourly rates. 

Design & Project Management

The term 'Project Management' is not always as grand (or expensive) as it sounds. At Beana Green, a Design and Project Management approach is simply about us taking the stress out of whatever changes you decide to make, by managing them on your behalf. This may be as large as producing full designs for, and managing a complete gut and refurbishment, or as small as sourcing and ordering delivery and fitting of new curtains. We offer an on-site consultation as above, at which we can discuss and plan for your individual requirements.
