The following fees apply to all our consultations, whether they concern a castle, a cottage or a cafe. Feel free to call us for a chat; our aim is to help you both in planning and pricing your project. 

We normally charge on an hourly time basis for all follow-up work to ensure all projects we undertake are priced fairly and with the client's needs in mind.  

Please note it is possible to negotiate an overall flat fee for particularly large or ongoing projects.

Please bear in mind that all projects are highly individual. All projects we undertake after the consultation stage are assessed individually and a detailed brief drawn up. We aim to keep clients fully informed of projected budgets for work at all times to enable you to plan accordingly.
